Please review the below points for hassle free communication
For Domestic & International packages
Clients have to pay minimum 25 % amount of the total package cost & must be deposited as an advance in company’s account.
Booking Confirmation Amount
Remaining 25 % of the package cost will be collected before 30days prior of the travel dates.
Rest 50% of the package cost clients have to pay before 25days prior of their travel dates.
Payment policies may vary according to the travel dates of the client.
For flights booking, company will need 100% amount for issuance.
Please be updated that according to hotel policies especially in 4 and 5 / Non-refundable case, we required 100% payment (hotel part) at the time of booking.
In case of non-payment either advance or remaining, company has the full rights to stop the further services.
Invoice and Vouchers
Delivery of your total Bill Receipt and Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via Email. Vouchers are normally provided 3-10days before the actual Travel.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms &conditions. Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.
There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase. Visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and the fee is non-refundable as per the strict guidelines of the Embassy.
Normally once you cancel your booking from any other agency they charge so many hidden charges from customers. But we only charge a flat rate of Rs.5000 only per person along with the actual charges charged by Particular airline, Hotel or any other service provider. For air ticket, it may take between 30-45 working days and for the hotels it may take between 10-15working days for the amount to get credited into your account.Refund policies may vary for every product and service.
